Our initiatives provide coaching, training, and mentorship to emerging leaders and purpose-driven individuals navigating life’s most complex seasons.
The WELL Experience™ is one of our signature mentorship programs, designed to help young adults and emerging leaders develop in the areas of Wisdom, Encouragement, Leadership, and Legacy through a 6-month spiritually immersive experience.

Role Description

As a Mentorship Supervisor, you will be responsible for enrolling and leading a dedicated cohort of mentees through The WELL Experience™ curriculum. You will facilitate spiritual growth sessions, provide mentorship, and ensure your participants are guided through the program with grace, integrity, and strategic care.

You will serve as the hands and heart of the program on the ground, creating a space for transformation while submitting cohort outcomes and data to the Program Director. This role combines leadership, spiritual support, and practical facilitation—ideal for ministers, counselors, coaches, or mentors called to help others rise.

Please note: This position may serve mentees across different cities or regions depending on program expansion and your location. National placement and travel opportunities may be available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and enroll participants into your assigned cohort
  • Facilitate all monthly WELL Experience sessions (Faith Circles, Growth Labs, SoulCare Sundays, etc.)
  • Support mentees with guidance, encouragement, and accountability
  • Track participant attendance, engagement, and transformation outcomes
  • Submit monthly cohort reports to the Program Director
  • Refer mentees to 1:1 or group Story-to-Strategy coaching sessions as needed
  • Ensure spiritual and emotional safety in all interactions
  • Champion the mission and integrity of The WELL Experience™

Qualifications

  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, ministry leadership, counseling, or group facilitation
  • Passion for spiritual growth, trauma-informed care, and leadership development
  • Availability of approximately 20 hours per month during active cohort seasons
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Basic tech skills for email, Zoom, Google Docs, etc.
  • A sincere and transparent personal walk with Christ
  • Deep commitment to mentorship, clarity, and legacy building

💼 Compensation

This is a project-based contractor position with tiered earning potential based on participant enrollment:

  • Base Cohort Stipend: $500–$800 per 6-month cohort
  • Incentive Bonuses: Additional stipends based on full enrollment and retention benchmarks
  • Coaching Referral Commission: Eligible to earn bonuses when mentees enroll in follow-up Story-to-Strategy 1:1 Sessions or Circles
  • Potential for Promotion: High-performing Supervisors may be considered for Regional Lead roles or future Program Director positions
