Grief, Identity & Transition Support
A Clarity Catalyst™ Offering
Grief does not only come from death.
It comes from identity shifts, loss of role, loss of belonging, loss of visibility, and seasons where life no longer resembles what you gave everything to build.
This space exists for women navigating grief that is layered, spiritual, and often misunderstood, especially when faith, leadership, or ministry are involved.
I work with women who are grieving:
- The death of a spouse or loved one
- The loss of identity after ministry transition
- Being unseen or displaced in spaces they helped build
- A version of life they believed God promised
This is not therapy.
This is not crisis intervention.
This is clarity work—trauma-informed, spiritually grounded, and forward-facing.
What This Work Provides
- A safe container to process grief without being rushed to “move on”
- Support through identity confusion and spiritual disorientation
- Trauma-informed insight into how grief impacts decision-making
- Guidance toward stabilization, discernment, and next steps
What This Work Is Not
- It is not a replacement for licensed mental health treatment
- It is not a rescue service
- It is not emotional bypassing wrapped in faith language
This is sacred ground. We move gently—but intentionally.
How We Work Together
We begin with a Clarity Session, where we assess what kind of grief you’re carrying and what support is most appropriate for this season.
From there, you may choose short-term or extended clarity support depending on your needs.
You are never pressured to continue.
You are always met with honesty and respect.
Pricing FAQ
Why do you charge for grief clarity services?
Grief work requires emotional presence, discernment, preparation, and containment. I charge so I can show up responsibly, consistently, and sustainably—for you and for myself.
What are your rates?
- Single Clarity Session (75 minutes): $175
- 3-Session Package: $495
- 6-Session Package: $900
Packages are recommended for those navigating layered grief or identity transition.
Do you offer sliding scale or scholarships?
I offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for women in acute transition. These are offered intentionally, for a defined period, and reassessed together.
Scholarship is never assumed but it is discussed with care and mutual respect.
Is this therapy?
No. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. This work focuses on psychoeducation, trauma-informed insight, discernment, and forward movement.
If clinical therapy is needed, I will say so.
How is this different from pastoral counseling?
This work centers you, not the institution. It allows space for grief, anger, confusion, and clarity without pressure to perform faith, loyalty, or silence.
Seamless Alignment with Clarity Catalyst™
Where Grief Services Fit
Grief Services are a specialized pathway within the Clarity Catalyst™ framework.
Clarity Catalyst™ focuses on:
- Moving from crisis to stabilization
- From confusion to clarity
- From dependence to determination
Grief work is often the first gate in that process.
The Flow Looks Like This:
- Clarity Session – assess grief, identity disruption, readiness
- Grief & Identity Support – stabilize emotions, name losses
- Clarity Catalyst™ Transition Work – discern next steps, rebuild agency/action/effect
- Forward Movement – boundaries, purpose, sustainable direction
You are not “stuck.”
You are grieving, and grief deserves structure, not shame.
If you’re navigating grief that has disrupted your identity, faith, or sense of belonging, you don’t have to walk that alone. A Clarity Session can help you understand what you’re carrying and what support would serve you best in this season.
