Every October, in honor of Domestic Violence and Cancer Awareness Month, we launch a bold initiative to honor survivors with more than words—we gift them with dignity, transformation, and opportunity.

Welcome to Glow Up & Grow™—a healing movement powered by beauty, compassion, and purpose.

✨ What is Glow Up & Grow™?

Glow Up & Grow™ is a national initiative that offers sponsored makeovers, empowerment experiences, and entrepreneurial opportunities for women healing from trauma, domestic violence, or cancer.

It’s not just a day of pampering—it’s the start of a new chapter.

Are you passionate about helping women reclaim their confidence, dignity, and purpose after life-altering experiences like domestic violence or cancer? As a Glow Up & Grow™ Coordinator, you’ll play a transformational role at the intersection of beauty, healing, and empowerment.

This initiative—powered by Triumphant Grace Enterprises™ and Pink Legacy™ (Mary Kay)—sponsors survivors for a full day of restoration that includes salon glam (hair, makeup, nails), a healing-centered breakout event, and a community-based empowerment experience.

As a Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Serve as a healing ambassador for survivors in your city
  • Help organize beauty and empowerment events
  • Optionally launch your own Mary Kay business (complimentary 1-year account included!)
  • Represent our mission with integrity, compassion, and leadership
  • Inspire others to give, serve, and grow
